Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders received by 2 pm are processed and shipped the same day they are received. Holiday and weekend orders are processed on the next business day. There may be a delay in shipping custom items. 

Shipping Charges
Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available during store operating hours. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come in.

Shipping Confirmation
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.

Missing Shipment
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will investigate it
